This full-home renovation blended modern function with refined design. The kitchen features an updated layout with high-end appliances, a custom appliance garage, and a built-in pantry for streamlined storage. Throughout the home, we installed wide plank white oak flooring to create a warm, cohesive foundation.
The master bathroom was completely reimagined to offer a spa-like experience, including a spacious new shower, a luxurious soaking tub, and thoughtfully designed separate areas for individual comfort. Additional updates included smoothing out all interior walls and adding elegant picture frame molding in most rooms, giving the home a timeless and tailored feel.
This condominium project focused on a full style and appliance upgrade. We installed quartzite countertops, brand-new cabinetry, and designed and crafted a custom wet bar to elevate the space. The renovation also included new flooring and fresh paint throughout the home. High-end appliances were integrated into the design, including double wall ovens, a chef’s range with a vent hood, an under-counter ice maker, and beverage-specific refrigerators. We added custom cypress ceiling features and handcrafted cypress valences to conceal the new motorized shades—finishing touches that brought warmth, texture, and polish to the space.

This full-home remodel took a dated 1970s layout and brought it into the present with thoughtful updates and modern touches throughout. The kitchen was completely redesigned to create a spacious, functional hub perfect for everyday living and entertaining. Both the hall and master bathrooms were fully renovated, blending style and comfort with beautiful finishes and upgraded fixtures. New drywall, fresh paint, and updated flooring throughout the home tied the transformation together—turning this once-outdated space into a bright, cohesive, and inviting modern retreat.
We enhanced the home's curb appeal by repaving the driveway and installing new fencing. In the backyard, we refinished the pool and poured new concrete, completing the transformation into the relaxing oasis it was always meant to be.
